Established by Paul & Amie Ray, we are Pipe Smart Ltd

Specialists in Gas & Water pipeline construction, leak detection and trenchless solutions

The family name Ray has gone hand in hand with gas and water pipeline engineering in the South East, London and surrounding areas since the early 1960s. Our Managing Director (Paul Ray) is a 3rd generation gas/water engineer and has every intention of building on the excellent reputation built by his grandfather, father, uncles and elder brothers!

Here at Pipe Smart, we work with our clients and their customers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, utilising our vast knowledge and skillset to also ensure this is achieved whilst maintaining the highest installation quality.

This ‘team work’ approach with our clients, main contractors and other sub-contractors results in a satisfied customer and more importantly a safe pipeline installation. Due to this we get the added bonus of repeat business!

Our pipeline engineers hold the Gas Network Safety Passport, Gas Network Operative (GNO), Gas Safe™, Water Safe™, WIAPS, National Water Hygiene cards, City & Guilds Butt Fusion & Electro Fusion and CPSC, CSCS & SSSTS cards.
